Problem Note 44383: Select Tools ► User Administration in the Russian language version of the SAS® OpRisk VaR UI and get Java Class Error

In the Russian language version of the SAS OpRisk VaR UI, you will get a Java class error when you select Tools ► User Administration.
The error is:
The resources.properties file in 'com.sas.oprisk.var.admin' contains the
following key(s) not defined in the java class
'com.sas.oprisk.var.admin.AdminBundleKeys':
A#Prismsourcepath
The problem occurs because of a translation error.
The error message can be ignored and has no impact on the project. The workaround is to close the error message and continue with the user administration as needed.
